Trique Manufacturing Return and Exchange Policy
Returns:
Trique Manufacturing is focused on customer service and we want nothing more than for you to be happy with your purchase. Should you choose to return or exchange an item purchased from Trique Manufacturing, you may do so within 90 days of the date on your invoice.
All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. Product that has been damaged, painted, or modified in any way will not be eligible for return under any circumstances. Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If the item being returned needs to be repackaged, there will be a repacking charge.
Contact a sales representative at 1.866.987.4783 and notify them that you would like to make a return or exchange. You will then be issued a Return Authorization Number. Please write this number on a copy of your invoice and include it along with your shipment. Repack the item in a sturdy box. It is recommended that you insure your return package to protect yourself against loss. You must ship orders back PREPAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS. If you are exchanging an item for another product you will need to include the shipping charges for the new item. A sales representative can help you with calculating the shipping cost.
If an item is returned within 90 days of the date on your invoice and meets all of Trique Manufacturing’s return policy requirements, you will receive a refund of the original purchase price minus the original shipping charges.
Warranty:
All Trique Manufacturing products are warranted to the original owner for one (1) year from date of purchase for defects in material and/or workmanship under normal and intended use. Trique Manufacturing agrees to repair or replace Trique Manufacturing brand products, at the sole discretion of Trique Manufacturing, without charge, provided the problem(s) are the responsibility of Trique Manufacturing. Trique Manufacturing is not responsible for finish problems due to neglect by customer. Product that has been damaged, painted, or modified in any way will not be eligible for return under any circumstances.
If you should have a problem with a Trique Manufacturing product, and it has surpassed the one (1) year warranty, please call us. We strive to provide excellent customer service and we always want you to be happy with any purchase you have made no matter how long you have had it. It is our policy to work with you to resolve any issues you may encounter over the life of the products we sell.
